Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Comphy. If something arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Returns and replacement requests

Requests for return, replacement, or resolution should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our side. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of misuse, abnormal wear, modification, or damage not caused in transit.

Non-returnable situations

We may not accept returns for clearance items, final-sale items, gift cards, personalized items, items damaged after delivery, or issues caused by improper handling, assembly, cleaning, or storage.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and do not dispose of the packaging until your claim has been reviewed. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

Return shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we may cover return shipping or arrange collection where applicable. For discretionary returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, handling, or restocking charges unless prohibited by law.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible and any approved cancellation may be subject to fees already incurred.

Warranty note

Where stated on the product page, certain products may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, refund, or another commercially reasonable resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
